Our clinical team

Every nurse-led package sits under a single line of clinical accountability.

A named Clinical Lead oversees our registered nurses, who in turn oversee our TDDI Practitioners, all of whom are competency-assessed before they deliver clinical care.

This structure means one point of responsibility for every decision, not a rotating cast of carers.
