You may need care or assistance 24 hours a day in order to remain independent in your own home. This can and often improves both your physical and mental health considerably – knowing there is always someone with you when you need.
During our initial assessment within your home, we consider which of our carers you would be most compatible with, and those that understand you and your needs. All of our carers are fully trained and qualified and have experience in the care industry.
There is usually a duo of carers that alternate living with you in your home taking care of all your needs as well as providing companionship and support throughout the day.
Government guidelines permit us to pay our carers a ‘block amount’ for live-in care. It is a single amount for the entire week, and we charge our clients in the same way.
Because of this, we are proud to pay our carers above-average rates for the work they do whilst keeping our client charges low.
Care homes will often charge a weekly rate in excess of our live-in care rates. You also have the added benefit of living in the comfort and familiar surroundings of your own home, with one to one, 24/7 care that is tailored to your specific requirements.
Our robust recruitment process, which includes full DBS background checks, means only carers who meet our rigorous training, experience and reference requirements are placed with clients.
This ensures you receive the best level of home care and have peace of mind that our carers meet the highest standards.
