Right from my first phone call I felt like nexus care services really cared about what I needed for my mum. Everything was explained and fees etc easy to understand and no hidden fees. Having the rotas emailed is reassuring to see someone is def going. The carer who went to my mum was lovely and reassured my mum who is normally very anxious and down when I’m away. I rang her that evening and she was happy and telling me all about what the carer did. We feel very happy to have found a care service that’s reliable and genuinely cares about there clients.
